Cellophane Overwrapper, Cellophane Machine, 80 Box/Min

We introduce professional, automatic CELLOPHANE OVERWRAPPING MACHINE. The machine overwraps single boxes with foil OPP, BOPP, tear tape in envelope style.
The packaged boxes are resistant for dust and high environment moisture. Product gains additional esthetic values. Tear tape allows for quick box opening. Machine is used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry.

The machine is full automatic - it uses conveyer belt and store magazine to supply products. Machine works independently from feeding, film folding to sealing.
Control panel allows to control machine work in easy way. All heating and sealing zones are controlled independently. It is possible to change heating temperature in each zone separately.
 
Machine packs different size of boxes within the range:
Length C):                   40-100 mm
Width (B):                   20-65 mm
Height (A):                  10-35 mm

Every size of boxes require different mould.


Material requirements:

• Foli OPP, BOPP -               thickness 22-28 u
• Tear tape  -                      width  1.2 - 3 mm
